With an unmatched rustic style, the exteriors of this two-story town house are very beautiful. Beautiful views of the mountains accompany the real protagonist, a private chlorine pool measuring 8 x 4 m and 0.9 to 2 m deep. Surrounding it they have a wonderful grass area where you can sit in the sun, although you will surely love to enjoy it lying on the 5 hammocks. Next, they have a large porch, where you can enjoy a good feast prepared on the barbecue, as well as an outdoor area to have a coffee and a ping-pong table to entertain yourself afterwards. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors. Upon entering the house you find a spacious and practical kitchen-living-dining room. The living room area is equipped with two sofas, satellite television and DVD player. Just behind it are the dining table and the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and everything you need to cook. Further inside they access a second living room with several sofas and armchairs that becomes the meeting and chatting place for our guests. Please note that fireplaces are decorative. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a bathtub on the main floor and another with a shower on the upper floor. There are 4 bedrooms, two with double beds and two with two single beds. All of them are located on the upper floor and have air conditioning. Three of them also have a closet and two of them have access to a terrace. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. The laundry room is separate and offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The location of this accommodation is ideal since it is located on the outskirts, which offers a lot of tranquility, but only 900 meters from the center of the mythical and beautiful mountain town of Pollença. Here you will find all the necessary services for a pleasant stay such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. If you are mountain lovers, it is the perfect place because it is at the gates of the Sierra de Tramuntana, so you will enjoy excursions on foot, by bicycle or also by car. In addition, the beach is very close, such as Puerto de Pollença, about 7 km away, and the Pollença golf course is even closer, about 3 km away.
