The large chlorine pool, measuring 12m x 6m and with a depth of 0.9m to 2m, is surrounded by a terrace with six sun loungers and a well-kept garden. Due to the stepped structure of the house, you will find a basically equipped kitchen with a wood oven and ceramic hob, as well as a dining room on the -1 floor. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also on this same floor. The ground floor is divided into a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with a ceramic hob, a comfortable living room with satellite television and access to the pool. On this floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The first floor consists of three bedrooms with a double bed each (one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub) and a separate bathroom with bathtub.
