The house has fascinating outdoor areas that are completely fenced. A wonderful garden area radiates tranquility and nature and surrounds a chlorine pool, at your exclusive disposal, measuring 10.50m x 5.25m and a depth of 1.10m to 2.25m, with an outdoor shower. Two natural ponds with colorful fish, and a small area with swings, a slide and a seesaw, for the youngest members of the family, complete this excellent garden. A fully furnished porch, with a billiards for your entertainment, a magnificent upper terrace, and a large barbecue, invite you to enjoy an appetizing breakfast or dinner, sunbathe or read your favorite book contemplating the views of the countryside and the mountains. This fantastic villa is fenced and there are no direct neighbors. A single floor distributes the 250 m2 of the house. At the entrance, there is a comfortable hall that gives access to a living room, with satellite television and a beautiful, purely decorative well, where you can entertain yourself by watching a movie or reading a book. The dining room is an ideal place to sit down for lunch or dinner with family or friends. The kitchen with ceramic hob, air conditioning and television (without satellite), is fully equipped and makes this place a wonderful place to spend a few moments preparing innovative dishes. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and air conditioning that have an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a third with a single bed. The last two bedrooms also have shared air conditioning. Two more bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, complete the floor. They have at their disposal a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in a bathroom. A cot and high chair are available, and we can offer a second upon request. The house is located just a few minutes from the city of Inca, which has a wide variety of shops, supermarkets and restaurants where they will serve exquisite traditional dishes of the island. Don't forget to visit the market held in the center every Thursday. For lovers of excursions and incredible views, you can visit the Puig de Santa Magdalena or the Lluc Monastery. If you want to enjoy the coast, only about 25 km separate you from the Port d'Alcúdia area, where you can go on bicycle routes, visit a water park or magnificent beaches with crystal clear water, or enjoy an exquisite cocktail at sunset and during the night. If you prefer to visit small, quiet coves with crystal clear water, near this area, we recommend visiting La Victoria or Playa de Sant Joan. Also, the Alcanada or Pollensa Golf Club will make you have a pleasant and entertaining time if you like this sport. Remember that the wood stove in the dining room cannot be used.
